Deposits, setup fees, and completed work are non-refundable once work has begun unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Monthly service plans may include website hosting coordination, maintenance, ongoing support, updates, or digital management services as outlined within the client agreement.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, content, images, branding materials, approvals, and required access credentials necessary to complete projects. Delays in communication, approvals, or content submission may affect estimated completion timelines. American Commerce Web Solutions LLC reserves the right to pause, refuse, or terminate services in situations involving non-payment, abusive conduct, fraudulent activity, illegal use of services, or violations of these terms.

Clients retain ownership of original business materials and content they provide. Upon final payment, ownership of completed custom website and branding assets created specifically for the client may be transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. American Commerce Web Solutions LLC reserves the right to display completed work, publicly available website designs, branding materials, and project samples within portfolios, social media, advertising, or promotional materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

While we strive to provide reliable and professional digital services, American Commerce Web Solutions LLC does not guarantee specific business outcomes, website traffic, customer growth, sales increases, search engine rankings, or financial results. Digital marketing and online performance are influenced by many external factors outside of our control.

Our services may rely on third-party platforms and providers including domain registrars, hosting providers, website builders, plugins, payment processors, analytics tools, and social media platforms. American Commerce Web Solutions LLC is not responsible for outages, software conflicts, security breaches, service interruptions, data loss, pricing changes, policy changes, or technical issues caused by third-party providers.
